1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing to the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

The Radiance Method™ is a digital wellness application designed to help women — particularly those managing diabetes, prediabetes, or related wellness challenges — track their daily habits, mood, blood sugar patterns, nutrition, and personal intentions. The Service includes:

• ✦A base subscription plan providing access to core wellness tracking features.
• ✦Optional paid add-ons (such as the Nutrition Hub, Fitness Hub, and Reset Tools Bundle) available for separate purchase after subscribing to the base plan.
• ✦An partner program for individuals who wish to refer new members.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Free Trial Terms

• ✦The free trial provides access to the base subscription features only. Optional add-ons are not included in the trial and require a paid base subscription.
• ✦At the end of the 7-day trial period, continued access to the Service requires an active paid subscription.
• ✦If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be restricted and you will be prompted to subscribe to continue.
• ✦We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time for new users.

4. Subscription Billing and Cancellation

• ✦Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
• ✦Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• ✦You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• ✦Add-on subscriptions require an active base plan subscription. If your base plan is cancelled, all add-ons will also be cancelled.
• ✦We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

5. Not Medical Advice — Wellness Tool Disclaimer

All content, features, and information provided through the Service — including mood tracking, blood sugar logging, habit suggestions, nutrition guidance, and fitness recommendations — are for general wellness and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, medications, or health management plan. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or tracked in this app.

6. User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• ✦Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• ✦Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.
• ✦Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• ✦Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• ✦Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
• ✦Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, branding, and materials available through the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, the RADIANCE Method™ framework, and software — are the exclusive property of Rebecca Zblewski / The Radiance Method™ and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Radiance Method™ and Rebecca Zblewski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the United States.
